It provided me with background, synopsis and i enoeyjd the trivia – and yes, I would like to know who the one lesbian actually was in the show? And the word Earthlings – interesting.. who would have guessed. Anyway – thanks! And I am interest now to go and check out the interview with the creator. I’d never heard of Katie Morag brofee! How, I know not. We are book lovers here and as both literature-loving homeschooler and a crunchy doula mama I have always sought out excellent books that promote both philosophies. Now I’m going to scour my bookshelves for other books we have in which nursing is depicted; I know we have several! Also, several surprises like a reader about a chihuahua in which the ladies in a grocery store are wearing their babies in Ergo-like carriers. I’m passing this post on to my posse of mamas, too. Below is the response I got back from the supposed author. "Thanks for your message Michelle. I did not write it. Some one emailed it to me and I forward it to a friend to ask them about it. I have received hundreds of emails similar to yours in the the last few months. I have no idea who made me the "author" of the piece, nor why. I do believe there are some errors. It also looks like some words have been altered. I have tried to refute the writing of the piece on the internet, but it seems to have taken on a life of its own. The last time I googled my name comma social security I got over 10 pages. So it is what it is. You just have to question everything you read on the internet, as you have done."
